I grew arugula this fall and I barely used any of it. Really sad to watch it go to waste! It was so much spicier then anything I’ve ever purchased that I could barely eat it! I still hope to try a batch of arugula walnut pesto before I loose it all. Turns out the plant sends off a super sweet bloom at the end of its production.
