33 weeks pregnant. I thought it would be fun to get a belly shot of myself. Since I am only using the nikon for my 365 photo project, I had use a mirror. The original selfie, right?

This was a good lesson in metering. My bathroom has bright sunlight that comes through the window that I thought would be perfect for highlighting the belly. In order to capture the shot I wanted I had to learn how to use exposure lock button. I like how this one turned out, although I was so focused on exposure that my focus is slightly to the right instead of on my eye, where I would have preferred it. Better luck next time!
